Lee is a qualified accountant with extensive tax experience gained from top tier accounting firms in Brisbane and Gold Coast. Lee has been working with high net worth individuals and large business from a wide spectrum of industries and he is very well versed in tax minimisation strategies for small to large businesses and sophisticated investors.

Lee believes in the importance of open communication and pragmatic approach for his clients and he provides reliable and honest advice that they could depend on. With a “can-do” attitude and genuine passion in client affairs, Lee is always looking for ways to meet ciient’s changing needs and achieve the best possible solution for them.

Lee specialises in small to large businesses, property taxation and self-managed super fund. In addition to this expertise, Lee is also a fully registered mortgage broker. Outside work, Lee enjoys playing chess, trading shares and reading books.

Harshit has been longest serving team member with very strong expertise in business taxation, entity setup, payroll and business advisory. Harshit works primarily with our large and diverse client base with specialization in IT industry, medical practice, restaurant & cafe, child care industry, contractor and start up business.

With Harshit’s friendly demeanor, excellent problem solving skills and proactive approach, he is the most sought after team member by our clients. Harshit always has strong passion in helping the client to succeed, his clients always ask for his valuable advice prior to making important business decision.

Outside work, Harshit enjoys reading books and travelling.

In addition to English, Harshit speaks Hindi and Gujarati.

Shawn is our CPA Qualified Accountant (Full Member), specialising in Business Taxation and SMSFs. Shawn has serves large client base, including but not limited to from fuel station, restaurant, retail and professional service business as well High NetWorth Individuals. Coming to Australia in 2007, Shawn is very well versed with both Chinese and Australian Culture.

Shawn’s ability to think outside the box, sharp commercial acumen and strong entrepreneur flair has brought a great deal of intangible value to his clients. He is the best person to contact to when it comes to SMSF taxation and the complexity surrounding the same.

In his spare time, Shawn enjoys travelling and following mystery, detective and litigation-themed TV series. It helps sharpen his mind and always equip with mindsets of thinking big picture and out-of-box, which are essential traits to be an excellent accounting advisor.

Rongban is one of the most Senior Staff with strong background in Taxation, Accounting and Compliance. Prior to joining Lee and Associates Accountants, Rongban already has several years worth of experience in the High Quality Firm across Brisbane.

Rongban has this “could do attitude”, very rapid pace of work and easy-going personality, this combined with his pragmatic approach has made him become one of the most popular team member at Lee and Associates Accountants.

In addition to English, Rongban speaks Mandarin. Outside of work, Rongban is movie enthusiast and enjoys outdoor activities.

Mahamed is Our Business Services and Tax Accountant, who specializes in Business, Tax and Property Advisory. Mahamed has worked in a mix of small and big accounting firms, building a solid foundation of experience from dealing with a variety of people – from builders to Partners of Professional Service Firm

Originally from Hamilton, New Zealand, Mahamed moved to Australia during his early teens and made Brisbane his home. 

Mahamed has a passion for helping everyday people get the best out of their businesses. Currently, he serves as a Client Manager, where he spearheads initiatives that drive profitability. With robust skillset that includes client relationship management and taxation analysis.

In addition to his professional endeavours, Mahamed is involved in community service, reflecting on his belief in giving back to the community and fostering growth in others.

When not at work, Mahamed enjoys volunteering, Reading and learning which helps him maintain a well-rounded and balanced life.

 Krishantha  is an experienced Tax Accountant specializing in providing personalized tax services to individuals and sole proprietors. With a strong foundation in tax regulations and compliance, he is dedicated to ensuring the clients meet their tax obligations while maximizing tax-saving opportunities.

Krishantha has  a comprehensive understanding of individual tax preparation, including Rental property and capital gains related schedules. He assists clients in accurately reporting income, deductions, and credits, ensuring that they benefit from all available tax advantages while remaining fully compliant with ATO regulations.

Krishantha’s  education, combined with hands-on experience, allows him to provide tailored tax services to meet the unique needs of the clients while in his role, he is continuously expanding his knowledge of tax laws and regulations to better serve his clients, practically individuals and Sole Traders,  and he is dedicated to providing them with reliable service.

May-May is Our Business Services and Tax Accountant. Prior to joining at Lee and Associates in February 2024, she has had significant accounting experience gained from large companies in Malaysia. 

May-May has very strong knowledge in business taxation, compliance an the advanced user of Microsoft Excel. SAP and other complex accounting software. Her pragmatic and straightforward approach has been one of her key strong points in her dealings with client. She has been invaluable addition to our Business Services and Taxation Team.

In addition to English, May-May speaks Bahasa Malaysia, English and Cantonese.

Carla is a skilled Business Service and Tax Accountant with extensive experience in providing tax services for both individual and corporate clients. Farah is currently continuing her studies in Australia to further enhance her skills beyond her marketing expertise,

Farah finds immense joy and fulfillment in her role as a tax accountant in Australia. Her love for numbers naturally drew her to the world of taxation. With her diverse background, she brings a unique set of skills, particularly in communication, making her much more than your typical accountant. Farah prides herself on breaking the mold and thriving through exceptional interpersonal skills, always striving to make the complex world of tax more approachable for her clients.

Kamlini is our Junior Accountant who comes from extensive Banking and Insurance Background in New Zealand. Originally from Malaysia, she has moved to New Zealand over a decade again to embark on the new life with her family.

Kamlini has undertaken the exchange student programme in Adelaide from Malaysia when she was 18 years old. Out of 4000 applicants who applied for that year, Only 40 candidates were selected based on tests and interview skills. Kamlini  has successfully landed the dream scholarship in Australia in which she  has lived with an Australian family who hosted her for 1 year  during high school. Kamlini has gained a lot of life experience and immensely been enjoying her life in Australia, which later led her decision to migrate to Australia.

Kamlini is a proud mother with one daughter. In addition to English, she speaks Bahasa Malaysia and Tamil

Fatin is one of our Junior Accountants, she has been top accounting student at The University of Queensland, pursuing Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting). Prior to studying in Malaysia, Fatin has served 1.5 years working as an Account Assistant in her home country (Malaysia)  

Fatin finds that working at Lee and Associates provides a chance to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios, bridging the gap between classroom learning and professional practice plus I get to work with a variety of clients from different industries, which broadens my understanding of business operations and financial practices.

Her personality type is INTP which best describes as someone who enjoys theoretical discussions and problem-solving.

Danica one of our Client Service Coordinator, she bring a keen eye for detail and a passion for organization to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Her role involves coordinating meetings, performing ASIC duties and supporting the team with other administrative tasks.

In addition to these tasks, Danica has been studying nursing, which allows me to combine my interest in healthcare with my professional skills. Outside of work, Danica enjoy dancing and find joy in helping others through community service. Danica’s enthusiasm for both my professional and personal pursuits allows me to contribute positively to the workplace and beyond.

Kendra is also one of our Client Service Coordinator. She presently studying Advance Finance and Economics at the University of Queensland (UQ)
Prior joining to Lee and Associates, Kendra was a Math and English Tutor for a number of years. 

Kendra grew up in Australia and went to local high school with top grades.

Judy is one of Accounting Support Team, she aims for creating bookkeeping manageable for managers to ensure a satisfactory handling of clients’ financial records.

With strong communication and resilience, tax preparation is achieved with accuracy securing a reliable outcome. Judy maintains an organized approach on every task. Giving importance on the efficiency of the work by paying close attention to detail. In accomplishing a task, Judy holds a solid accountability, accepting responsibility on professional judgement made.

Outside work, Judy enjoys hiking and spends time reading books.

Analou is our newest team member in Accounting Support Team. She has with experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
