Lee believes in the importance of open communication and pragmatic approach for his clients and he provides reliable and honest advice that they could depend on. With  his “can-do” attitude and genuine passion in client affairs. With his family coming from Small Business Background (specifically Chinese Restaurant, Travel Company and Body Corporate Management), Lee is well-versed with the needs of his business client and always looking for ways to meet client’s changing needs & achieve the best possible solution for them.

Lee specialises in small to large businesses, property taxation and self-managed super fund (SMSF). In addition to this expertise, Lee is also a fully registered mortgage broker. He is a sophisticated investor with strong focus on setting up correct structure and risk minimisation

Lee comes from Cosmopolitan background where has lived in 4 different countries and 7 different cities during his childhood, including United States and Japan. Lee speaks 4 languages fluently and currently learning the 5fth language at the moment.

Outside work, Lee enjoys playing chess, trading shares and reading books, property investing and travelling.  

Rongban is one of the most Senior Staff with strong background in Taxation, Accounting and Compliance. Prior to joining Lee and Associates Accountants, Rongban already has several years worth of experience in the High Quality Firm across Brisbane.

Rongban has this “could do attitude”, very rapid pace of work and easy-going personality, this combined with his pragmatic approach has made him become one of the most popular team member at Lee and Associates Accountants.

In addition to English, Rongban speaks Mandarin. Outside of work, Rongban is movie enthusiast and enjoys outdoor activities.

Carla is a skilled Business Service and Tax Accountant with extensive experience in providing tax services for both individual and corporate clients. With a strong focus on accuracy and compliance, she is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of tax regulations and optimize their financial outcomes.

Carla is known for her friendly demeanor and analytical expertise, with a strong commitment to ensuring accuracy and meticulous attention to detail, which enable her to build lasting relationships with clients. 

In addition to her technical expertise, Carla is committed to continuous professional development, staying informed about the latest tax laws and best practices to ensure her clients receive the highest level of service.

Outside of work, Carla enjoys traveling and spending quality time in nature, which helps her maintain a balanced and fulfilling life.

 Krishantha  is an experienced Tax Accountant specializing in providing personalized tax services to individuals and sole proprietors. With a strong foundation in tax regulations and compliance, he is dedicated to ensuring the clients meet their tax obligations while maximizing tax-saving opportunities.

Krishantha has  a comprehensive understanding of individual tax preparation, including Rental property and capital gains related schedules. He assists clients in accurately reporting income, deductions, and credits, ensuring that they benefit from all available tax advantages while remaining fully compliant with ATO regulations.

Krishantha’s  education, combined with hands-on experience, allows him to provide tailored tax services to meet the unique needs of the clients while in his role, he is continuously expanding his knowledge of tax laws and regulations to better serve his clients, practically individuals and Sole Traders,  and he is dedicated to providing them with reliable service.

Thushani is a dedicated Tax Accountant with professional experience in both Sri Lanka and Australia, bringing a solid foundation in Tax Accounting, Finance, Internal Auditing, and Risk Management.

Aarunan is our Tax Accountant, prior joining Lee and Associates Accountants. Aarunan already have 2 years’ experience in boutique accounting firm as well as E-Tax Accountants .

Aarunan is passionate about helping Small Business Owner to improve their finance and achieve the best possible solution for their taxation matters.

Linh is a member of the administrative team at Lee & Associates, supporting both clients and staff with a range of client service and administrative tasks. She is known for her friendly approach, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Linh is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Queensland, where she is developing her knowledge in business and accounting while gaining practical experience in a professional environment.

Outside of work and study, Linh enjoys indoor sports and baking. She is fluent in both English and Vietnamese

Zaman is an Admin Support Officer at Lee and Associates who is currently undertaking a dual Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of Economics (International and Financial Economics) at the University of Queensland. Having successfully completed his internship with the firm, he is excited to continue supporting the team while further developing his knowledge of accounting, taxation and client services.

With a strong interest in accounting and finance, Zaman is committed to delivering accurate, organised and reliable administrative support. He enjoys learning from experienced professionals and takes pride in building positive relationships with both colleagues and clients. His attention to detail, willingness to learn and proactive approach enable him to contribute effectively to the firm’s day-to-day operations.

Zaman is focused on continuing his professional development and gaining practical experience as he works towards a career in accounting and finance.

Rebecca is CPA Qualified Accountant and Client Service Coordinator, who has over 10 years’ experience at Lee and Associates Accountants. She specialises in business taxation, specifically in hospitality industry, heavy industry and medical practitioner. 

She is the face of Lee and Associates Accountants and helping with Firm’s Business Development as well handling new client’s enquiry.

Outside her professional life, she enjoys travelling, shopping and watching movies.

Anne Vuong is a motivated and reliable individual currently studying Accounting at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). She has a strong interest in accounting, auditing, business operations and professional development. Furthermore, she spent two years studying auditing at university in Vietnam before transferring to Australia to continue her studies. She is eager to apply her academic knowledge in practical environments. 

Anne thrives in dynamic environments where organisation, communication and attention to detail are essential. She enjoys contributing to team environments while also being capable of working independently. 

With a friendly and cooperative nature, she builds positive relationships with colleagues and clients while consistently striving to contribute to a productive and supportive workplace.

Abi is a dedicated Client Service Coordinator who works hard to keep the office running smoothly. Currently studying for a Master of Professional Accounting at James Cook University Brisbane, Abi uses this background to provide excellent support to both clients and the team.

Friendly and detail-oriented, Abi makes sure every client is well taken care of. With strong Excel skills and a focus on learning, Abi is always looking for ways to improve daily tasks and deliver the best possible service.

Outside of work, Abi loves nature adventures, exploring local hiking trails, and playing football. Along with English, Abi speaks Nepali and Tamang.

Erin, a member of Lee and Associates’ administrative team, is currently a student at Griffith University, majoring in Accounting and Taxation. Having earned a Diploma of Business prior to her university degree, she continues to develop her analytical and strategic capabilities through rigorous academic and practical opportunities.

Erin brings a solid background in fast-paced operational environments, where she has honed her organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Motivated to expand her professional skill set, she is excited to bring her adaptability and positive energy to support team goals and client success.

Born and raised in Cambodia, she is fluent in Khmer and English, which enhances her ability to communicate effectively across diverse professional settings. Outside of work and study, she enjoys reading, crocheting and challenging herself with new craft projects.

Adili holds a Bachelor of International Accounting from Shanghai, China and a Master of Information Technology from the University of Queensland, bringing a strong academic foundation in both accounting and information technology to the team. As part of the admin team, he provides day-to-day support to the tax team, helping ensure client matters run smoothly and efficiently.

Adili is outgoing and naturally communicative, he isn’t afraid to ask questions and brings a disciplined, curious approach to every task.

Outside of work, Adili enjoys playing chess, learning languages, reading, and staying active through soccer and sport of almost every kind.

In addition to English, Adili is a native Mandarin speaker and is currently learning Spanish.

Kattylyn is a dedicated member of the administrative support team at Lee and Associates, where she has found the experience both fulfilling and rewarding. She values the warm, team-oriented environment that makes her feel supported and genuinely appreciated.

With the guidance of an approachable leader and the encouragement of her colleagues, Kattylyn has grown significantly in both her professional and personal life. Bringing over 14 years of experience in accounting, she specialises in corporate accounting and administrative support, with strong proficiency across various accounting software platforms.

Her background also extends into social media and email marketing, allowing her to combine creative thinking with strategic execution. At Lee and Associates, she continues to expand her expertise while making meaningful contributions to the team.

Outside of work, Kattylyn treasures time with her family. As a wife and proud mother to a 10-year-old son and a 2-year-old daughter, she finds joy in life’s simple moments. Sundays hold special meaning, often spent at church reflecting, bonding, and nurturing their faith. She is also an avid fan of the Volleyball League and enjoys watching games whenever she can.

Judies is an Admin Support Officer at Lee and Associates, with over five years of experience providing reliable administrative and accounting support. She specialises in bookkeeping, audit preparation, and financial reporting, and is proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite Oracle, and Xero, ensuring efficient and accurate financial management.

She takes pride in maintaining well-organised records and supporting processes that promote transparency and compliance. Being part of Lee and Associates has strengthened her skills and allowed her to grow alongside a supportive and professional team.

Outside of work, Judies enjoys spending time with her family and their pet, as well as attending church together—keeping her grounded and motivated in both life and work.
